I have just become aware that the Javascript SyntaxHighlighter is failing silently on my blog pages. This gives the appearance of missing code blocks in each blog. Stay tuned while I find the time to look into it.
UPDATE: SyntaxHighlighter has been replaced with plain html. Code blocks are now generated from hilite.me.
